INYAD is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to boost the visibility of our brand and products by building relationships and engaging with potential customers through popular social media platforms.
– Answer customer questions as they arrive via email, chat, or phone (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
– Monitor and respond to social media comments, handling requests by coordinating with internal teams
– Go beyond the standard support queue by creating new ways to delight and engage customers, such as improving documentation, developing interactive email signatures, and launching proactive email campaigns
– Maintain and update customer support documentation
Requirements:
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in Modern Standard Arabic, French, and English
– High attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent organizational skills
