Flight builds remote-first customer support teams for growing startups that put people first. What you’ll do
- Handle customer questions through live chat, email, and/or phone to answer inquiries and provide solutions
- Use a variety of digital tools to provide accurate information
- Represent Flight to clients professionally and warmly
- Suggest customer experience improvements to your team and clients
- Work to achieve and exceed productivity and quality goals
- Answer technical questions and submit bug reports
What we look for
- Previous customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work full-time between 7:00 am and 1:00 am EST (rest assured—you won’t be expected to work 18 hours a day; shifts are 9 hours with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks within that time)
- Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
