We’re looking for a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat and email (no phone calls). You’ll handle requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

This position is **fully remote**.

### What we’re looking for
– **Excellent English is required**: English is our primary work language, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
– **Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese**: this role involves frequent communication with many LATAM clients.
– **Technical understanding**: you don’t need to be a developer, but you must have a solid grasp of technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS). This isn’t a job where you “learn on the job”—come prepared.
– **Team spirit**: empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative mindset are key. You’ll thrive if you enjoy working in a team and helping maintain a positive environment.
– **Experience**: familiarity with customer support tools/software is a plus, but not required.

### Who can apply?
