We’re expanding our Costa Rica team and are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and honest Project Coordinator to join us full-time. This is a long-term remote role with genuine growth opportunities, for someone based in Costa Rica, working under our Costa Rican Division Head and Project Manager.

In this position, you’ll support project managers by coordinating permits and approvals, monitoring progress, and communicating with architects, engineers, and relevant agencies. Because the job is fully remote, we value honesty, accountability, and clear communication. Your progress will be reviewed periodically to help you grow and build confidence in your work. If you’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you’ll be a great fit.

Our company works on Hillside Estates, Commercial Stores and Restaurants, Historic Landmark Properties, and Mixed-Use Living Projects. We’re a small company that grows every year and we’d love to add you to the team.
