We’re hiring a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through chat and email (no phone calls). You’ll respond to questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a fully remote position.
### What We’re Looking For
– **Mandatory English fluency:** English is our main working language, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
– **Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency:** You’ll communicate regularly with many customers across LATAM.
– **Technical proficiency:** You don’t need to be a developer, but you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS). This isn’t a “learn as you go” role—please come prepared.
– **Team spirit:** Empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative approach are required. You’ll do well here if you enjoy working as part of a team and helping maintain a positive environment.
– **Support experience (preferred):** Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus, but not required.
– **Strong communication skills:** We value people who understand the difference between a good support experience and an exceptional one. – **Immediate availability** is a plus.
– This role is under a full-time **freelance service contract**. You’ll need **independent contractor status** in your country and the ability to issue invoices.
