Piton Labs is looking for a driven Business Development professional to help power our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will expand our customer base and build new strategic partnerships. We’d prefer candidates based in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3, but we may consider others case by case.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You’ll support the entire sales process—from first outreach to closing—with guidance from our founder team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing focused sales strategies for our main markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and market insights
– Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
– Delivering presentations and product demos that clearly show how our solutions solve customer challenges

**ABOUT YOU**
You’re results-oriented and experienced in Business Development. You naturally build relationships and grow them over time. You’re especially a strong fit if you have:

– **Strategic thinking:** You understand market trends and position our technology effectively
– **Tech awareness:** You’re not a software engineer, but you understand the digital landscape well enough to explain our value clearly

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– English proficiency at a native-speaker level
– 4+ years of Business Development experience, ideally in the tech industry
– Proven track record of acquiring new customers

**REMOTE WORK**
– Fully remote; no office location
– Preferred: applicants in the USA with work authorization
– Secondary preference: applicants from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours most days with US Eastern Time
– Suitable for digital nomads without a fixed work location
