Piton Labs is hiring a dedicated Business Development Representative to support our next step in expansion. As the first person in this role, you will play a crucial part in our growth: we want to expand our customer base and build new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates in the time zones from GMT‑8 (US West Coast) to GMT‑3, but we may consider other time zones on a case-by-case basis.
**Responsibilities & Expectations**
You will be involved throughout the entire sales cycle—from outreach to closing—supported by our founding team. Deep technical expertise is not required to create value, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and trade shows
– Developing and executing sales strategies for our core markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Working with the engineering team to communicate customer insights and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication
– Delivering demos and product presentations to show how our solutions solve customer problems

**General Requirements**
– English at a native or fluent level
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technical environment
– Proven success in building new business areas
**Remote Work Policy**

– Second priority for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with US Eastern Time on most workdays
