Piton Labs is looking for a Business Development Representative who is excited to help us move into the next phase of our expansion. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in growing our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3 are especially preferred, though other cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founder team. Deep technical expertise is not required, but a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our offering to potential customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Identify and actively reach out to new potential customers
– Represent Piton Labs in meetings, events, and conferences
– Develop and execute sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Work with Engineering to share customer insights and requirements
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
– Deliver presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of Business Development experience, ideally in a tech environment
– Proven track record of generating new business opportunities

**REMOTE WORK**
– Fully remote (no physical office location)
– Preference for candidates in the USA with authorization to work
– Second priority for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap with U.S. East Coast time for 4–6 hours on most days
– Suitable for digital nomads who don’t need a fixed location
