Piton Labs is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of expansion. As the first person in this role, you’ll play an essential part in growing our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates based between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 are strongly preferred, though other situations may be considered.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will take part in the full sales cycle—from the first outreach to closing—supported by our founding team. Deep technical expertise isn’t required, but having a strong foundation in software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new prospects
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Designing and executing sales strategies tailored to our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and feedback
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication
• Presenting and demonstrating our solutions clearly, showing how they address customer needs

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English
• 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a technology environment
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• 100% remote, no physical office
• Preference for candidates in the United States with work authorization
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to maintain a 4–6 hour overlap with the US Eastern Time zone for most days
• Suitable for digital nomads, with no need for a fixed work location
