Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development professional to support our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will help build our customer base and establish new strategic partnerships. We especially welcome candidates located in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3, though other profiles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will support the management of the full sales cycle—from the first contact to closing—backed by the founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
– Identifying and contacting new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Designing and executing targeted sales strategies for our priority markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Partnering with the engineering team to share customer needs and market insights
– Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Fluent English at a native level
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in the tech sector
– Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers
**REMOTE WORK**
– Fully remote, with no office location
– Preferred: candidates residing in the United States with work authorization
– Secondary preference: candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours per day on most days with the U.S. Eastern Time zone
– Suitable for digital nomads without a fixed work location
