Piton Labs is seeking a committed Business Development Representative as we enter our next stage of expansion. As the first person to fill this role, you will play a major part in growing our customer base and forming new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. While deep technical expertise is not required, a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly to prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Finding and contacting new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies for our key markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Working with engineering to pass along customer information and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing communication
– Giving presentations and demos that clearly show how our solutions address customer needs

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a tech environment
– Demonstrated ability to generate new business
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– Fully remote role, no physical office
– Preference for US-based candidates with work authorization
– Additional consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with US East Coast time on most days
– Ideal for digital nomads—no need for a fixed location
