Aledade is hiring 2026 Summer Interns. Interns receive guidance from senior leaders and work on substantive, hands-on projects that build an understanding of Aledade’s overall operations and the role of our complex healthcare system. The internship runs from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026, for 10 weeks.

The CSO Operations intern will spend 10 weeks creating a unified reporting framework across all CSO teams—Patient Engagement, Overlay, Go-To-Market, Education, and the Aledade Learning Academy—to make work, impact, and capacity more visible and consistent. They will support the Customer Lifecycle initiative by mapping the current new-practice onboarding journey, identifying key pain points, and synthesizing insights from cross-functional partners (Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, and Product). They will also help design a lightweight CSO PMO structure by drafting standardized intake, planning, and status-reporting templates, and documenting a simple, scalable operating model for future CSO initiatives.

In addition to owning meaningful projects, an Aledade intern will also:
– Attend meetings with a cohort of other interns to hear from company leaders, participate in professional development programming, and stay connected with fellow interns.
– Gain exposure to senior executives and industry leaders.
– Build expertise in areas such as healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts and clinical workflows.
– Have the opportunity to attend relevant events and healthcare-focused trainings.

The ideal candidate will have prior internship experience, a strong record of academic achievement, and be:
– Passionate about healthcare and eager to make a positive impact.
– A self-starter who can take initiative and ownership of projects.
– A collaborative team player.
– Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
– An analytical thinker with strong math skills.

$20–$25 per hour.

Who We Are: Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of healthcare—independent primary care. Founded in 2014, we’ve grown into the largest network of independent primary care in the country, helping practices, health centers, and clinics deliver better care and thrive in value-based care. By creating value-based contracts across a range of health plans, we aim to move away from the traditional fee-for-service model. Our work strengthens care continuity, aligns incentives, and ensures primary care physicians are rewarded for the care they do best—keeping patients healthy. If you want to help build a healthcare system that benefits patients, practices, and society—and you’re excited to join a collaborative, inclusive, remote-first culture—you’ve come to the right place.

What This Means for You: At Aledade, you’ll join a creative culture driven by a respectful, open-minded approach to solving complex problems and a commitment to learning. You’ll collaborate with teammates who bring diverse experiences, interests, backgrounds, beliefs, and accomplishments, all united by a shared passion for public health and the Aledade mission.

We value and celebrate differences. We work to attract, develop, and retain highly qualified individuals who represent the diverse communities where we live and work. Aledade is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, performance, and business needs. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of age, race, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity or expression, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, protected genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
