About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous, client-focused Travel Booking Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you will help clients plan and book travel experiences while delivering outstanding customer service from the first question through the end of their trip.
This fully remote position is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work-from-home environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel bookings, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet clients’ needs
- Handle booking requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and online
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and reservation details
- Share travel requirements, policies, and relevant documentation
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Excellent organization and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and a strong willingness to learn booking systems
- Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Genuine interest in travel and a strong motivation to help people plan
Plus
- Experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service
- Sales experience or experience working directly with customers
- Knowledge of online booking tools or CRM systems
