We are currently looking for skilled Customer Support Representatives to join our team remotely.

**Monthly salary range:** €1,400–€2,000 gross, plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and results.
**Work schedule:** 4 days on, 4 days off.
**Fixed shift options (Cyprus time):** 10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00.

### Job Description and Responsibilities
– Respond to customers via live chat and email
– Provide prompt, supportive, and empathetic service
– Identify, investigate, and resolve customer questions and issues
– Stay current on product terms, features, and promotions
– Report and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
– Perform initial troubleshooting for customer inquiries and concerns

### Experience and Qualifications
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Good computer skills and fast typing
– Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
– Minimum 2 years of online customer support experience required
