Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated and reliable Business Development Representative to help the company enter a new phase of growth. As the first hire in this role, you will play a key part in two areas: expanding our customer base and building strategic partnership relationships. We especially prefer candidates in the GMT-8 to GMT-3 time zone (covering the U.S. West Coast), but we will consider other regions on a case-by-case basis.

### Responsibilities and Requirements
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from developing leads to closing deals—with ample support from the founding team. While a deep technical background is not required, having some software development knowledge and an understanding of the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Generating leads and proactively contacting new prospects
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and industry conferences
– Creating and executing a sales strategy focused on core markets (startups and enterprise innovation teams)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer insights and requirements
– Maintaining and deepening customer relationships through ongoing communication
– Delivering demos and solution walkthroughs to help customers understand how our offering solves their problems

You are proactive and goal-oriented, with strong business development experience and excellent relationship-building skills. What will make you stand out:

### Basic Requirements
– Native-level English
– 4+ years of business development experience, preferably with a tech industry background
– Proven track record of successfully developing new business

### Remote Work Policy
– Fully remote, with no onsite office location
– Priority given to candidates with U.S. work authorization
– Candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay may be considered as a secondary option
– Most workdays must overlap with U.S. East Coast time by at least 4–6 hours
– Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed office location
