Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to support our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will help expand our customer base and develop new strategic partnerships. Candidates based in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered case by case.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS**
You will participate in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, with guidance and support from our founding team. While you don’t need deep technical expertise, a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly to potential customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:
– Finding and contacting new prospective clients
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies for our main markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Partnering with engineering to relay customer needs and feedback
– Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing communication
– Giving presentations and demos that demonstrate how our solutions address customer challenges

You are driven and experienced in business development. You naturally build and maintain relationships, and you stand out because:

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technology-focused environment
– Demonstrated success in generating new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– Fully remote role with no need for a physical office
– Preference for candidates based in the US who have work authorization
– Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with US East Coast time on most days
– Suitable for digital nomads, without requiring a fixed location
