Piton Labs is looking for a committed Business Development Representative as we move into our next phase of expansion. As the first person to take on this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered case by case.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with support from our founding team. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs in meetings, events, and conferences
– Creating and executing sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Collaborating with engineering to relay customer information and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

You’re a motivated person with solid experience in business development. You naturally build and maintain relationships. You stand out because you:

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
– Proven ability to generate new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– Fully remote work, no physical office
– Preference for US-based candidates with work authorization
– Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with US East Coast time on most days
– Suitable for digital nomads, with no need for a fixed location
