We’re looking for a fully remote Customer Support Representative. Schedule flexibility is required, since shifts may vary. The initial schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, with potential adjustments over time.
This role is contract-to-hire in the U.S., or an international consultant position outside the U.S.
For international candidates, pay will be based on competitive local market rates for this position and experience level.
Responsibilities:
– Provide high-volume live customer support to contest entrants via email and live chat (Zendesk and Intercom)
– Manage support requests and escalate them to the appropriate teams
– Watch for critical site issues and escalate through the right channels to enable fast resolution
– Answer contest questions about sports rules, as well as account and billing inquiries
– Support requests may include verifying user identities during sign-up, gameplay questions, withdrawal status updates, and more
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in customer support or operations (sports, tech, or startups a plus)
– Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes, time-sensitive customer issues with empathy and professionalism—especially in real-money or high-engagement settings
– Strong interest in sports, sports gaming, and technology is required
– Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, and gaming tools
