**What we’re looking for:**
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in television and film
• Technical support experience
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple apps and platforms
• Professional-level English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
**Technical requirements:**
• Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or higher
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two-factor authentication app on your phone
