Job Description:
As an AI training specialist (data annotation), you will help train and improve artificial intelligence systems. Your work will assist AI models in learning to accurately recognize text, images, and other types of data.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Labeling and categorizing data (such as text, images, or short videos) according to detailed project guidelines
– Reviewing and validating data to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and complete
– Detecting and reporting any errors, inconsistencies, or unclear data
– Following annotation instructions to ensure high-quality results
– Meeting productivity and accuracy goals while adhering to project deadlines
– Maintaining confidentiality and following all data security standards

Requirements:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working independently and enjoy structured, accuracy-focused tasks. The ideal profile:
– This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States
– Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
– A reliable internet connection and a computer
– The ability to stay focused for long periods and follow written instructions
– Strong communication skills in written English
– Prior experience with data annotation, labeling, or transcription is a plus, but not required
