Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations from a remote location. You will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, maintain inventory data, and ensure goods are delivered on time and in a cost-effective manner. You’ll work closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to keep logistics processes smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments from origin to destination

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers, freight forwarders, or suppliers

  • Monitor shipment progress and update stakeholders on status, delays, or changes

  • Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, inventory, and order details

  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

  • Negotiate shipping rates with carriers and track transportation expenses

  • Partner with warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to resolve logistics concerns

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels using logistics software or ERP systems

  • Produce logistics reports and provide updates to management as needed

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain management

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with logistics software, Microsoft Excel, and/or ERP systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively

  • Knowledge of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and documentation procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with 3PLs, freight brokers, or international logistics

  • Familiarity with customs documentation and compliance

  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with international partners

  • Experience with tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
