You will assist businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The position is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Your duties include answering customer questions, sending sales links, and providing discounts via live chat on a company’s website or social platforms. This job is paid hourly.
Contract length: No fixed term
Pay: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, plus a reliable internet connection. Basic written English is required.
Skills/Experience: Entry-level chat support experience. Full training will be provided, and prior experience is not necessary.
Location: Fully remote worldwide (preference for applicants based in the U.S.).
