About the role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in the early part of our customers’ journey. You will ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and effectively onto our platform, helping them succeed from day one. This role requires a strong understanding of customer engagement and a real passion for delivering excellent service. You will also become an expert user of all Hostaway products.
Responsibilities
– Set up effective onboarding processes for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and a strong start for their success.
– Run initial training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, helping them fully understand our features and capabilities.
– Create customized onboarding materials and resources in English.
– Communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively with new customers throughout the onboarding process.
– Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to find ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline onboarding.
– Track and report on the effectiveness of onboarding efforts, using customer feedback and onboarding metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
– Be the primary contact for new customers during onboarding, resolving any issues promptly.
– Have at least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success in the SaaS industry.
– Be fluent in English (required), as you will communicate with customers and English is also our internal company language.
– Be able to work North American hours to match customer needs.
– Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at the same time while maintaining strong attention to detail.
– Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive first impression with new customers.
– Possess excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
– Adapt quickly to new technologies and keep improving your skills in a fast-paced environment.
– Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
