About the Role
We’re looking for a Travel Reservations Agent with strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book travel arrangements, delivering excellent customer support from the first inquiry to the end of their journey.
This fully remote position is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, stay highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work-from-home environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with travel bookings, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and holiday packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to match each client’s needs
- Handle booking requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate customer records and reservation information
- Share travel requirements, policies, and important documents
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and following up

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn booking systems quickly
