Limitless Technology is looking for a Chat Customer Support Specialist—passionate and empathetic—to join our global network of remote freelance professionals.
In this role, you will represent one of the most well-known gaming brands in the world. You will work alongside hundreds of other players and use your expertise to help fellow gamers enjoy smooth, seamless experiences through fast, clear, and friendly chat support. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that every customer interaction is simple and enjoyable.
– Fully remote, freelance position, paid hourly
– Currently available shifts Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (UTC)
– Hourly pay ranges from $5 to $20 depending on your location, with additional bonuses based on quality and volume
– You choose your shifts
– To stay on the team, you must maintain an average of at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat conversations
– Over time, we will expand support to all global markets and offer 24/7 shift options to maximize your flexibility
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping users and values flexibility in both when and how they work.
Your responsibilities
– Chat with customers to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide them to solutions
– Provide accurate, high-quality support that follows service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values
– Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
– Keep clear and consistent records of every interaction
– Stay up to date on product updates, service information, and policies to provide well-informed support
– Share feedback on recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience
What you need
– Proven customer service experience, ideally via chat or digital support
– Excellent written English, with strong spelling and grammar
– Ability to use multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
– Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings or weekends when required
– Additional customer-specific requirements, such as a valid PSN ID active for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of play per month, and no community suspensions in the last 12 months
– At least one Windows 11 64-bit device (support for Mac and Chromebooks will be added soon)
