About the Role
We’re expanding our remote team and are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and overall customer care.

This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a flexible environment while building valuable experience in the travel industry.

You’ll support clients throughout their journey—from their first inquiry to the end of their trip—working from home with structured training and ongoing guidance.

What You’ll Do
• Help clients book cruises, hotels, resorts, and vacation packages
• Provide professional support via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
• Research destinations and travel options based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
• Assist clients before, during, and after their trips
