Entry-Level Video Editor – Remote, Full-Time
Salary: $800 USD/month to start + performance bonuses

Location: Remote

Schedule: Mon–Fri, flexible hours with a 2–4 hour overlap with US time

The Role:
You’ll work as a video editor. I don’t view video editing as entertainment or an art form. I see its purpose as advertising, and advertising is a form of information.

When I write an advertisement, I don’t want you to tell me you think it’s “creative.” I want you to make it so compelling that people want to buy the product.

What You’ll Do:
– Video editing: turn content into advertisements

Must-Haves:
– Strong attention to detail; you like getting things 100% right
– Comfortable with tools like Premiere and DaVinci
– Clear written English with a professional, friendly tone
– Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
– Proactive attitude
– Ask good questions
– Follow instructions closely
