Limitless Technology is seeking a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Chat Specialist to join our global remote network of freelance support professionals.
In this role, you’ll represent one of the world’s most well-known gaming brands. You’ll collaborate with hundreds of fellow gamers and use your expertise to help other players enjoy smooth, seamless experiences through fast, clear, and friendly chat support. You’ll respond to questions, resolve issues, and make every customer interaction feel effortless.
– This is a fully remote, freelance, hourly paid position.
– Shifts are currently available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm UTC.
– Hourly pay ranges from $5 to $20 depending on your location, with additional incentives based on quality and volume.
– You can choose your own shifts.
– To stay on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100 or more chat interactions.
– Over time, we’ll expand support for global markets and introduce 24/7 shift options to maximize your scheduling flexibility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping product users and values flexibility in when and how they work.
What you’ll do
– Interact with customers via chat to answer questions, solve problems, and help guide them to solutions.
– Provide accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values.
– Escalate complex cases to specialist teams when needed.
– Keep clear, consistent records of every interaction.
– Stay current on product updates, service information, and policies to offer informed support.
– Share insights on recurring issues to help improve the overall customer experience.
What you’ll need
– Proven customer service experience, ideally in chat or digital support.
– Excellent written English, including strong spelling and grammar.
– Confidence using multiple tools and systems at the same time.
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
– A reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
– Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings or weekends when required.
– Additional client-specific requirements, such as a valid PSN ID active for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community suspensions in the last 12 months.
– You must have at least a 64-bit Windows 11 device. We will soon support Mac and Chromebooks.
