About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Reservation Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you will help clients plan and book travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through the completion of their trip.
This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work-from-home setting.
What You’ll Do
- Help clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet client needs
- Handle booking requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
- Keep accurate client records and reservation details
- Share travel requirements, policies, and important documentation
- Develop long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn booking systems quickly

- Interest in travel and a desire to help people plan experiences
