Piton Labs is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative as we move into the next phase of our growth. As our first hire in this area, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client pipeline and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT‑3 are strongly preferred, though others may be considered case by case.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will take part in the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—with support from our founding team. While deep technical knowledge isn’t required, understanding the basics of software development and the technology landscape will help you clearly communicate our value to potential customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Identifying and prospecting potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
– Creating and executing sales strategies for our key markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Working closely with the engineering team to convey customer needs and insights
– Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native-level English fluency
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally at a technology company
– Proven ability to generate new business
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– Fully remote, with no physical office
– Preference for candidates based in the U.S. with legal authorization to work
– Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with U.S. East Coast working hours on most days
– Suitable for a digital nomad lifestyle, with no requirement for a fixed location
