This position is for a live chat customer support role. We are looking for individuals who can write responses in online conversations, with strong English writing skills and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.
You will assist businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
What you will do: As a live chat support representative, you will be paid to answer customer questions, share sales links, and provide discounts through the company’s website or chat system.
Contract duration: No fixed term
Pay: $25 to $35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.
Skills/experience: These are entry-level chat support roles. Full training is provided, and no previous professional experience is necessary.
Location: Remote worldwide (preference given to candidates in the United States).
