What you’ll do:
– Provide accurate customer information using documentation, tools, and multiple communication channels
– Respond to technical questions about web and mobile platforms via email, chat, and phone
– Develop deep knowledge of client products and customers through training, research, and documentation
– Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets
– Share ideas to improve the customer experience with your team and clients
– Represent Flight professionally and warmly
What we’re looking for:
– A service-focused professional dedicated to delivering excellent customer experiences
– Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus)
– Ability to independently troubleshoot by navigating large volumes of information
– Quick learner of new software tools
– Organized communicator who delivers clear and timely responses
– Strong organizational and analytical abilities
– High attention to detail
– Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment
– High empathy and emotional intelligence

– Consistent performance with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
– Availability to work full-time between 7:00 am and 1:00 am EST (9-hour shifts including breaks)
– Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday

We currently support candidates based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and location. To work with Flight, you must have a bank account capable of receiving USD via ACH or wire transfer. Recommended options include Wise, Mercantil, Facebank, and Payoneer, which allow secure USD transfers to local banks.
