Porkbun is a fully remote domain name registrar looking to hire several full-time Technical Support Representatives based in the United States. You must reside in one of the states where we already operate: California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.

Porkbun offers over 500 domain extensions, from .com to .pizza to .plumbing. Thanks to our simple interface and affordable pricing, our customer base is rapidly expanding. We are a favorite among tech-savvy users like developers, and bargain-hunters are often surprised that our low prices still come with outstanding support.

Professional or personal experience with domains, hosting, or DNS is required. If not, strong live technical support experience may qualify. We’re looking for someone with proven technical and troubleshooting skills who loves learning. Experience handling support across multiple channels — email, chat, and phone — is a plus.

We are expanding our coverage for US time zones, and this role’s main focus will be answering phone calls and chats.

Standard shift: Thursday–Monday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time

All 8-hour shifts include one hour of paid breaks.

Starting pay: $40,000/year + benefits

This role comes with full medical, dental, and vision coverage (individual), starting after 90 days. A Simple IRA with a 3% company match is available after one year.
