As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our clients’ customers. Your main responsibilities include:

– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Delivering prompt, friendly, and professional assistance
– Troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues efficiently
– Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
– Staying up to date on client products and policies to offer correct information
– Collaborating with team members and sharing feedback to improve the customer experience

Requirements:
