We are seeking a call center customer service representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers and prospective customers. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing issues professionally and courteously to ensure effective solutions and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, detail-focused, and goal-driven. You should be polite, accurate, knowledgeable, and able to collaborate well with a team.

Call Center Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handling a high volume of incoming or outgoing customer calls.
• Aiming for first-call resolution while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Using active listening to understand customer needs and concerns before providing the best possible solution.
• Working with a team of representatives to foster teamwork, trust, and excellence.
• Participating in training and continuously improving skills.
• Following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills including Word, Access, and intermediate Excel
• Strong phone and written communication abilities
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
