All applicants should have an excellent writing voice as well as a knack for conceiving of interesting, original angles on stories. High proficiency in social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram is a must. Responsibilities:

• Track down compelling internet content on Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.
• Writer and produce numerous stories each day
• Generate creative images and headlines for stories
• Work with audience team to analyze work

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of writing experience and published work -Superior web savvy -Excellent research, and analytical skills -Excellent knowledge of heavily trafficked social media sites -Comfort in a fast paced environment and the ability to work independently -Good sense of humor -Ability to work in an environment where flexibility, collaboration, creativity and fast execution are required -Creative, independent thought process -Voracious consumer of internet culture -Experience packaging content for social media a plus
