About the application process:
This is the first step toward contracting with Omni. After joining the community of remote customer support contractors, you’ll gain exclusive access to all available contracts.

If you qualify, you’ll receive an invitation within 24 hours to log in to the online portal, where you can view and apply for contracts that match your preferences. Overview:
Omni works with many clients. Qualified independent contractors will provide customer support (answering inbound calls, chats, and emails) for Fortune 500 companies.
You’ll primarily handle inbound calls and may also assist customers via chat or email.
Schedule:

Earnings:
• Pay varies by client, typically between $14 and $20 per hour
• Compensation is based on your phone call status while assisting customers

• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program tasks and authentication

Contractual relationship:
Your relationship with Omni Interactions is that of an independent contractor. Omni does not withhold taxes from your earnings. By accepting the contract, you agree that you are not entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers’ compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance, or any form of employee benefits.
