Qualifications:

• Reliable internet connection and a functioning computer (required).
• Experience living, working, or studying in the U.S. or Canada is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home environment.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong service orientation.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
