The Data Entry Clerk organizes, reviews, and inputs information from PDF source files into Word documents or Excel spreadsheets as needed.
Essential Functions:
– Enter data from PDF documents quickly and accurately
– Input information into Microsoft Word
– Confirm accuracy by comparing entries with original documents
– Handle information with strong attention to accuracy
– Create and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Position Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED
– No previous experience required
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Typing skills, preferably at least 20 WPM with accuracy
– Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
