As a Principal Product Manager – you will own and drive the core growth engine of the product – you will own the charter of making the product habit-forming, sticky, and deeply engaging for users.
This is a high-impact role where you will combine data, user psychology, and product thinking to build scalable growth systems. You’ll be responsible for designing experiences, habit-forming loops, and high-performing funnels that drive meaningful user behaviour and long-term retention.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, thinking in terms of systems and loops (not just features), and building products that users keep coming back to — this role will give you both ownership and scale.
- Own end-to-end growth charter on FamApp: acquisition, onboarding, KYC, activation, and early retention.
- Define acquisition strategy from a product lens: Build scalable growth loops across organic and paid channels.
- Design onboarding journeys: Segment users and personalize onboarding flows to maximize activation.
- Improve engagement & retention: Use behavioral insights and data to build habit-forming user journeys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Design, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Optimize growth efficiency: Partner with data teams to improve CAC efficiency and maximize LTV.
- Run experiments: Continuously test and iterate on growth hypotheses through A/B testing and cohort analysis.
- Drive product thinking: Balance growth with user experience to avoid spammy or short-term tactics.
- Full stack builder mindset – familiarity with AI tools, can ship small feature to production. Prototyping using AI tools and collaborates by show and tell.
- 8–10 years of Product Management experience in B2C / consumer products.
- Strong experience in solving problems around growth, engagement, and retention, especially in high-frequency user products.
- Proven track record of owning and improving end-to-end growth funnels (acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention)
- Experience building gamification-led experiences (rewards, streaks, challenges, referrals, incentives, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user behavior, psychology, and habit-forming loops -Experience working on CAC → LTV optimization and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing + product-led growth (PLG) -Experience building and scaling organic growth loops (referrals, virality, network effects)
- Partnered closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams while owning product outcomes.
- Experience mentoring and guiding PMs or cross-functional pods.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Experience in FinTech / Payments / Banking products.
- Background in gaming, gamification, or high-engagement consumer platforms (fantasy sports, social apps, content platforms, etc.)
- Strong exposure to behavioural design frameworks and habit-forming product principles.
- Experience working on 0→1 products or scaling products from early to growth stage.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and shipping small features. Understanding of data infrastructure and experimentation platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
- Prior experience in mentoring PMs or leading small product pods.
- Strong product intuition with exposure to global consumer products and best-in-class engagement patterns.
