Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Online Hotel Reservationist to join our fully remote team. In this position, you will support clients with booking hotels and resorts, handle reservation details, and ensure the entire process is accurate and efficient. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with booking hotels, resorts, and accommodations through online platforms
• Research and suggest lodging options based on destination, budget, and preferences
• Accurately and efficiently process reservations, updates, and changes
• Keep organized records of bookings, client needs, and confirmations
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and chat
• Stay updated on hotel promotions, cancellation rules, and destination trends
• Work with team members to ensure a smooth and satisfying booking experience

Qualifications:
• Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings at once
• Comfortable using online systems, booking tools, and digital communication platforms
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Must be at least 18 years old with a computer and reliable internet connection
• Interest in travel and helping clients plan enjoyable, memorable stays
