The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring long-term retention and growth within a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts ($50k+ ARR) through dedicated, high-touch support. In this role, you serve as a trusted advisor to restaurant and hospitality leaders, helping them achieve measurable ROI from the Restaurant365 platform, including Accounting, Operations, Workforce, Payroll/HR, and BI solutions.
You will be accountable for outcomes across adoption, renewal, and expansion, using data, executive alignment, and strong cross-functional collaboration to meet Gross and Net Annual Retention goals for your portfolio.
