• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the Operations team to support data-driven quality standards and SLA performance.

Clinical and Operational Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional) required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience with a verifiable background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), with the ability to conduct sessions, understand nuanced language, and write technical reports.
• Strong skills in digital tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with the multicultural sensitivity needed to support a diverse, international population.
• Proven capacity to work efficiently under pressure to meet 24-hour Critical Incident SLA requirements.

Compensation: $15,000–$17,000 MXN per month
