Contra is looking for a customer support specialist based in the Philippines to join our team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our growing community of freelancers and businesses. This role involves managing a variety of support-related tasks. The expected work schedule is Fridays from 3 a.m. to 11/12 p.m. EST and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Helping users and resolving their questions or issues.
• Handling and completing daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed quickly while maintaining high quality.
