I am looking for someone who can work with me on creating new business opportunities. I have a number of ideas, an existing client base and require someone you can look after the front end and backend development, and would be interested in partnering with me. I have a graphic designer in place, and I am more business, marketing and sales, and financial orientated and get asked to quote on a number of technical jobs. It would be great to be able to attract new business and provide a 50/50 revenue split for all new business generated working with someone who know’s their stuff.

I.e. Client needs a responsive website developed, SEO, analytics, iOS and Android Apps, Email marketing. I essentially need someone who has a general understanding of everything tech based and can work with me to create a business. Preferably Melbourne, AUS based would be ideal.

I have two jobs I would love to get underway and the right candidate would be entitled to 50% share of all new business less design costs. This isn’t an equity scenario but rather a job opportunity to work with me on a variety of tech projects. I also require someone who understand XML can help maintain a system already in place as and when things break, or need to updating.
