About the role:

– Outlier is looking for strong Spanish writers to help train generative AI models.
– This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to work whenever you prefer.

How you might contribute:

– Reviewing Spanish (Spain) text and ranking AI‑generated outputs
– Writing short stories in Spanish (Spain) based on specific prompts
– Assessing whether AI‑generated Spanish (Spain) content is factually accurate

Preferred experience includes:

– Professional translation work
– Professional writing experience (such as copywriting, journalism, technical writing, or editing)
– Current enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in the humanities or a writing‑related field
– Current enrollment in or completion of a graduate program in creative writing

Compensation:

– Currently, Spanish (Spain) writing specialists working on core projects earn an average of USD $25 per hour
– Rates vary based on expertise, skill assessments, location, project needs, and other considerations. Higher rates may be offered to candidates with advanced degrees such as PhDs. Lower rates may apply to non‑core tasks like onboarding or overtime phases. Some projects may also include bonus incentives. Please review payment details for each specific project.
