We are looking for a driven HR Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team, reporting to the Senior Manager of HRIS. In this role, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, handling HR operations from onboarding through offboarding.

You may work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from Olo’s New York City headquarters.

What You’ll Do
• Manage daily HR administrative tasks and support multiple departments as needed.
• Find and implement ways to improve processes and boost efficiency, driving ongoing HR operations improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and in compliance with data protection standards.
• Act as the main contact for employee HR-related questions, addressing inquiries through the HR portal and HR inboxes.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including welcome messages, background checks, I-9 verification, HRIS setup, compliance forms, and state-specific documentation.
• Oversee offboarding for departing employees, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
• Improve and simplify onboarding and offboarding workflows to increase scalability, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee files to ensure completion and compliance.
• Regularly update HR resources and self-service tools to keep information accurate and relevant.
• Ensure employee data is accurate and complete, with clear documentation for audits.
• Support HRIS data updates, reporting, and assist employees with system-related issues.
• Conduct routine audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and consistency, making updates and collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state rules related to employee notifications, verifications, and other requirements, working with HR leadership when necessary.
• Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

What We’ll Expect From You
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• At least one year of Human Resources experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with team members at all levels and locations.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.

The estimated pay range for this role is $46,013 to $62,670 annually, depending on your experience and location. We look forward to discussing compensation and our full rewards package during the interview process.
