Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive outlook, and great energy to every project. They help customers find solutions, address issues, and guide them so they can make the most of a client’s products or services. New projects are available now, with more coming soon.
Project hours:
24/7 coverage, with a particular need for availability between 9 AM and 6 PM PT
Orientation starts:
December 23, 2024

20 hours per week

What we’re looking for:
• Experience using Zendesk
• Background in Tier 1 support
• Experience with ticket systems, inbound calls, chat, and email support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on web and mobile apps
• Strong multitasking skills across multiple browsers and tabs while communicating with customers
• Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android devices and applications
• Ability to walk users through app or website navigation and installation processes
• Professional communication skills and the ability to show empathy
• Reliable, high‑speed internet
Workspace requirements:
• A dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or newer
• A quality headset
• A quiet space for taking calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA mobile app
