As our Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing the Lyra Wellbeing brand identity.

Responsibilities
• Brand Oversight: Manage and coordinate branding for Lyra Wellbeing across all marketing and communication channels, ensuring consistency and strong impact.
• Brand Enhancement: Work closely with Lyra Health’s creative teams to refine and elevate branding across the entire Lyra Wellbeing portfolio.
• Global Brand Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for Lyra Wellbeing branding within our global subsidiaries and licensees, maintaining brand consistency worldwide.
• Customer Engagement: Develop innovative communication systems to boost awareness and engagement with Lyra Wellbeing services.
• Cohesive Customer Experience: Partner with the Member Marketing Manager to ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout the marketing journey.
• Product Promotion: Collaborate with the Product team to support timely communication and effective promotion of major releases and updates.
• Data‑Driven Strategy: Work with the Marketing Insights Executive to apply data, trends, and market research to inform marketing and content strategies.
• Local Market Adaptation: Tailor brand messaging and strategy to meet the specific needs and nuances of local markets.

Experience
• 4+ years of experience in brand development or brand management.
• Demonstrated ability to build new workflows and processes from the ground up.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Skillset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of key digital organic marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and web.
• Resourceful, creative, adaptable, and self‑motivated, with a proactive and confident approach.
