As a 15Five Implementation Manager, you are responsible for providing high-quality technical support, consulting, and project management during key customer launch phases to ensure strong satisfaction and successful use of the 15Five platform. You will create and carry out customized project plans for major customer launches, acting as the main project manager for managed onboarding, performance review cycles, and engagement survey rollouts, while also guiding data strategy, overseeing integrations, and coordinating effectively with both internal and external partners.

Your responsibilities include:
• Offering expert guidance on user data management and HRIS integrations.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to help customers achieve their goals and accelerate time-to-value.
• Supporting expansion initiatives, upgrades, and professional services projects across the customer journey.
• Communicating proactively, applying technical expertise, and modeling 15Five’s values.

OUTCOMES

• Manage an average of 15 or more projects, including new implementations, post-launch support, and paid professional services.
• Complete all implementation projects on schedule and within the scope of the Statement of Work.
• Maintain strong onboarding health, including a GREEN ChurnScore during onboarding and at least 75 percent of accounts with a Green Health Score in their first 120 days.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction scores during implementations.

Integrations and Data Management Strategy
• Help new customers develop a data strategy that supports multiple features and use cases.
• Advise CSMs and existing customers on data strategy for new launches or relaunches.
• Recommend best practices for employee data management, user provisioning, and integration setup.
• Support customers with CSV templates, native integrations, HRIS Connector setup, or SFTP configuration.
• Assist customers in creating a scalable user data management framework.
• Explain data flow within 15Five and between other customer systems.

Managed Event Launches
• Provide support throughout the customer lifecycle for integrations, performance review cycles, engagement surveys, data strategy, and relaunches.
• Partner with senior team members to evaluate project requests and decide whether to take on new projects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Strategic Advisors on new product and service launches.
• Align internal teams and customers with project scope.
• Act as project manager and main point of contact.
• Communicate proactively to keep projects on schedule.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• Four to six years in implementation, project management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead implementations and manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with HR systems and employee data management.
• Strong knowledge of data principles and tools.
• Ability to learn technical product features quickly.
• Experience with SSO, SCIM, SFTP, and other integrations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and collaboration with HR or People Ops teams.

SAMPLE WEEK

Monday: Attend company-wide meeting, review outstanding tasks, join internal stand-ups, and prepare for the week’s implementations.
Tuesday: Lead a new customer kickoff call, send follow-ups, review product updates, and finalize a rollout plan.
Wednesday: Join the company-wide meeting, run multiple customer training sessions, and follow up on questions.
Thursday: Dedicate time for deep work, check on a customer’s first review cycle, meet with executives about goals, and train administrators.
Friday: Participate in optional company session, complete your Check-in, wrap up follow-ups and admin tasks, and plan for the coming week.

The salary range for this role in the US is 80,000 to 90,000 dollars base, with total on-target earnings between 86,000 and 96,750 dollars.
